Lilliana Paz Art creates high quality pieces and is happy to work with every person to create their personal designs.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.
ANY PARTICIPATION IN THIS SITE WILL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE BELOW, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
Welcome to Lillianapaz.com. By accessing, using, and/or shopping at this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. This includes the use of any current or future Lillianapaz.com services or feature. You are subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to this website’s services, which may be posted on others pages of Lillianapaz.com and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions.
You will receive a confirmation of your purchase following your online order (check your spam/junk mail if you don’t receive it). Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process, please factor in this time in addition to shipping estimates.
Orders are processed Tuesday to Thursday - 3:00pm to 8:00pm. From our studio in Victoria BC. Orders placed after 12:00PM PST will begin processing the following business day.
Our prices are in Canadian dollars.
At this time Lilliana Paz Art is not collecting taxes for Canadian sales and this policy will be updated accordingly after any change. No sales taxes are added to American or International orders. Lilliana Paz Art is not responsible for any taxes or duties that are charged on international shipments that may apply when the product enters your country.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept PayPal, most credit cards, interact and email transfers. Your payment information is encrypted when it is transmitted to us and is stored in a secure environment. We do not keep permanent records of your payment information on file for security reasons.
Any request for return or exchange must be received within 14 days of receipt of your item to email@example.com . The goods must be “as-new”, to be returned or exchanged.
Once Lilliana Paz Art have received the item, we will process the exchange or store credit (if applicable). Shipping costs will not be quantified for store credit. The item must be in the original condition (have not been use, labels, brochures, paperwork, and package are in original condition).
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . If your return is accepted by Lilliana Paz Art, you may return it as registered mail, with full insurance when applicable, and with a tracking number.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Hand-dyed yarns are final, they do not qualify for return or any type of exchange. By purchasing hand-dyed yarns you are agreeing that colors may vary and are not exact to design mockups and/or listing pictures.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Purchase is final and I will not accept any refunds. However, exchange for another item is possible or store credit. The store credit will be available for one (1) year after exchange was confirmed and accepted by Lilliana Paz Art. If the store credit was not use within the year, then is will be lost. Return and exchanges are non-transferable.
Custom orders do not quality for refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final for custom orders.
Lilliana Paz strives to have all items that leave my studio be in perfect condition. Please keep in mind these are handmade products, and variations in appearance are to be expected. If there are legitimate reasons (manufacture flaw) to be unhappy with the product (broken threads, torn fabric, etc) then you can arrange to return the handwoven piece I will repair or replace it. All shipping must be handled by the customer, so it is important to discuss this with me before deciding to return a handwoven- it could just need thread end trimming. Lilliana Paz Art reserve the right to recall or determined what is a manufacture flaw.
Lilliana Paz Art reserve the right to denied any return and exchange to handwoven pieces that have been damaged due to wear and tear or intentionally damaged.
Please note that it is normal for handwoven pieces to occasionally have some imperfections in the weaving. These weaving flaws can come in the form of knotted, skipped and broken thread or slubs common to linen blend wraps. These small flaws do not affect the structural integrity of your handwoven piece. Lilliana Paz Art does a strict quality control of each handwoven piece to be sure that zero or minimum flaws will be in the final piece.
If a handwoven piece you purchased directly from Lilliana Paz Art has an inconsistency, please contact me to firstname.lastname@example.org so I can assess your handwoven piece within 2-5 days of receipt of your order (handwoven pieces should be as new, washing is not accepted). Photos may be requested.
If, before use, there are broken threads and or other critical errors in the piece that I miss here, our policy is to take back the piece at our expense and repair it.
In the case of cosmetic imperfections such as frayed knots or ends, and/or damage caused through use, I am happy to repair the piece (still for free, within reason), but the customer must assume both shipping and return shipping.
We ship within 1-3 business days after the custom order is completed, or full payment is made (for in stock items), from Victoria, BC, via Canada Post. If you have specific time requirements, please let us know at the time of your order and we will do our best to accommodate them. Please email email@example.com.
Handwoven pieces are shipped with full insurance (when requested by customer), and full customs price declaration. Shipping options that offer tracking numbers will be chosen when available.
You will receive email confirmation of shipment when the order is sent. We mail orders using Canada Post. If you wish to use other courier service, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your requirement.
If your purchase is lost or damaged during shipping, Lilliana Paz Art as the shipper will file a claim with Canada Post. Please notify me immediately. If you have chosen a shipping service that includes full insurance, you will be eligible for a full refund or wrap replacement. If you have used regular parcel air-mail, I can only reimburse you the $100.00 CAD insured amount.
Every order comes with a Lilliana Paz Art fabric pouch. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like additional packaging for gifts or would like a written note inside. Receipts are not enclosed in the box; they are emailed to you.
Personal information you provide will be used only for the purpose of processing your order and/or contacting you regarding your order. We do not sell or give away personal information.
